On May 04, Lin-Manuel Miranda interviewed his mother, Dr. Luz Towns-Miranda, live on Facebook about her health experiences and the support that she got from Planned Parenthood in supporting her reproductive health and her battle with thyroid cancer. Dr. Towns-Miranda is now a Planned Parenthood Action Fund board member.
