Lin-Manuel Miranda, Thomas Kail, Alex Lacamoire and Andy Blankenbuehler will be recognized by the Kennedy Center as the creators of Hamilton, the first work in any performing arts discipline to be singled out as an honoree in the awards’ 40-year history, and seated together for a photoshoot and a conversation with The Washington Post to talk about the one key scene helped cement the musical as a Broadway legend.

On November 16, Soledad O’Brien moderates an intimate conversation with Lin-Manuel Miranda and Luis A. Miranda, Jr. at Los Angeles’ Geffen Playhouse regarding Puerto Rico’s long-term recovery and relief efforts from Hurricane Maria. All proceeds benefit Hispanic Federation UNIDOS Fund and Geffen Playhouse’s Education and Community Engagement programs.

Hope 2018 is treating you great so far. I’ve updated the gallery with the latest events Lin attended in 2017 on top of his newest event from yesterday where Lin, Mayor Bill de Blasio and the Hispanic Federation distributed donated toys for Three Kings Day. They did this as part of an event in East Harlem – with cultural performances, crafts and food.
